About The Role:
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various areas. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, touch point sanitation, toilet cleaning, descaling, and window cleaning
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Empty and dispose of rubbish and recycling materials
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and maintained correctly
• Follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all areas are clean and presentable

About The Role
At OCS, our cleaners play an important part in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces. You will be carrying out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and cleaning washrooms.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00, 40 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.

About The Role
At OCS, we are recruiting for cleaners, who can ensure cleaning planning/contingency is carried out in a timely fashion, to safely prove the asset for the foreseeable future. Also, to manage, and distribute waste accordingly and to support the cleaning supervisor in maintaining a high, clean safe environment.

You will be working on a variable shift pattern, 09:30 to 17:30, on a permanent full-time basis; to cover 30 hours per week.

You'll also:

• Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the center (Front/Rear of house)
• Carry out cleaning duties via the Centre's machinery i.e. S9, CT160, Tug, etc
• Carry out observations of the social distancing cues and report to either the DSM/ES/SS
• Priorities shared servicing tasks, liaise with dedicated supervisors to ensure correct communication.
• You will be carrying out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms.
• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the restroom, etc)
• Assist in maintenance and efficiency of chemicals and consumables and follow all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure familiarization regarding safety data sheets, COSH, etc.
• Carrying out close observations of the cleaning storeroom i.e. Material layout, chemical layout

About The Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning department and team. You will facilitate the duties and tasks of the cleaning operatives to ensure compliance to regulations, site and contract requirements and client reasonable requests. You will report directly to site manager (Regional Operations Manager in their absence). Monthly objectives will also be passed down by the manager.
You will be working on an eight - week rolling rota shift pattern including weekends of 4 days on and 4 days off, from 09:00 - 18:00, 28 hours per week.

Duties / Responsibilities-
Some of your duties may include:

1. Rota management including covering dropped shifts (core/agency)
2. HR support including sickness management, management of team performance, investigations and payroll
3. To maintain a safe working environment for all client staff, customers, tenants and your colleagues as per the contract Cleaning Operating Instructions
4. Ensuring compliance folders are up to date (RAMS, COSHH etc)
5. Attend management meetings where required, remaining professional at all times
6. Weekly / Monthly / Annual Audits
7. Responding to Cleaning related incidents
8. Any duty that is deemed a reasonable request by OCS/CBRE Management
9. Acting as the Cleaning lead when the OCS Management are not on site, role model. Education / Qualifications -
1. Fire Marshal (Training can be provided)
2. IMPACT Cleaning - OCS Internal Course (Training can be provided)
3. IPAF (Training can be provided)
