• Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check-in & out and all related matters
• Handle work injury claims
• Handle flight ticket purchase
• Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record
• Initiate plans and activities for a cohesive working environment
• Manage general office administration works such as maintaining office facilities, panty/ stationary supplies, letter preparation
• Assist in sourcing the vendors for office equipment, software, etc
• Verify the invoices an prepare payment form
• Sorting of incoming mails and arranging of courier services
• Maintain proper documentation of employee records
• Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate with at least 6 years relevant experience is preferred
• Degree in any qualifications
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
• 5.5 days / 6 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
• Has knowledge to use payroll software such as Whyze
• Willing to work in Construction Site
• Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $2800 + Performance Bonus + OT
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Location: Tampines

Job Scope:

• To support the provision of plans and layout advice for projects
• To aid in the procurement of AV hardware and software, ensuring project needs are adequately addressed
• To strategize, maintain, and monitor project timelines, intervene promptly, and oversee the storage and transportation of equipment
• To execute rack & stack, onsite installation, device/software upgrades, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs, as well as contribute to in-house projects at customer premises
• To conduct electrical wiring and trunking, perform programming, and engage in basic construction of setups (may involve the use of a ladder)
• To oversee the management, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, ELV equipment, Bluetooth devices, and other necessary devices
• To ensure the timely completion of testing, configuration, staging, and project upgrades
• To assist management in other company projects when required, such as cabling and logistics
