Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with candidates and influencers on social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to build relationships and maintain active community interactions.  

• Utilize a combination of enterprise software and social networking tools to streamline recruitment processes and effectively track candidates.  

• Coordinate with internal teams to address specific community inquiries and ensure alignment across departments.  

• Collect feedback from social communities to support continuous improvement in the recruitment process and organizational workflows.  

• Currently pursuing or holding a diploma / bachelor’s degree /Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource or a related field. 
• Must be able to commit at least 3 to 6 months for internship/temporary role

As a Talent Management intern, you will support the implementation of human resource strategy specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, and project management with the objective of establishing the best place to work and empowering A-Team to achieve the best version of themselves.

• Assist operational and administrative support for Talent Management and Organization Development activities such as performance review processes, organization structure and job description updates, succession planning and talent development preparation, etc. for both in Head Office and Field Office

The Intern program provides students with 12 weeks of paid employment, giving you the opportunity to participate in the industry-leading oil and gas projects while acquiring practical skills relevant to your field of study.

We also provide education and training during the program to help cultivate your professional skills within a diverse, inclusive, supportive, and collaborative workplace.

About the role

During the Intern program, you will work closely with our Industrial Relations team and take part in various exciting projects that will challenge you, help grow your capabilities and add value to the business. You will also have the opportunity to support the broader HR function in business related activities, meetings, and workshops. With cross-functional opportunities, you will increase your business knowledge and be required to collaborate to deliver results. This experience is designed to provide you with an insight into HR and how it brings value to the business.

This role will be based in Chevron’s new building at One The Esplanade.
