To work closely with the Clinical Team Manager (CTM) in overseeing efficiency and effectiveness of treatment given and support the CTM in carrying out his/her duties. The post holder provides specialist nursing advice and support to clients using/attending the integrated sexual health and HIV clinics, providing a comprehensive client centred service, which will give up to date, accurate evidence to provide and deliver factual and current information on all methods of contraception, sexual health including HIV, health promotion, health checks and other relevant services which will lead to empowering clients to make their own decision and appropriate choice. The post holder is a member of the multi-disciplinary team. This includes medical, nursing, health advising, administration and management staff. Networking with relevant agencies such as those targeting hard to reach groups, e.g. Children Looked After (CLA), excluded pupils, asylum seekers, specific learning needs etc; as well as other health care service staff is required to promote partnership working, education and health promotion.

To provide assistance in the provision of pharmacy aseptic services at St Richard's Hospital for patients within the Trust including: line management of staff, organisation of day to day activities, preparation of cytotoxic products, worksheet and label preparation and monitoring of the environment. Main Responsibilities: Participate in co-ordinating the activities for the aseptic unit, managing staff placement and ensuring safe working practices within the unit. Ensure that aseptic duties are carried out according to national standards Work towards achieving regional/national accreditations e.g. Pre and In Process Checking (PIPC) and Product Approval Accreditation Programme (PAAP) and maintain an up to date portfolio of evidence to meet CPD requirements of the accreditation. This is a great time to join WSCC as we have new opportunities for Senior Mental Health Practitioners in Thought-Full: Mental Health Support Team.

In this role, you will work closely alongside Advisory Teachers and senior members of the Thought-Full team, as well as with multi-disciplinary teams, outside agencies, clinicians, and other mental health and education professionals, to help develop and deliver the Thought-Full core functions to the schools in your area.

You will deliver clinical skills and caseload management supervision to Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) and Children's Wellbeing Practitioners (CWP), supporting with their training and role modelling best practice.

You will also hold a caseload of young people with mild to moderate mental health problems, where you will deliver a variety of brief evidence-based interventions, primarily using a CBT model. You will use your skills and knowledge to provide specialist advice on mental health to ensure services are working closely to meet the needs of young people with a person-centred approach.

As part of this role, you will be required to complete the PGCert Supervision of Therapeutic Practice at the University of Sussex to be able to supervise EMHPs and CWPs employed within MHSTs.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Clinical work to provide psychological assessment, therapy, advice and consultation, promoting carer involvement and delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Teaching, Training and Supervision to oversee the supervision and development of EMHP's and CWP's and receiving supervision to support with your own Continuous Professional Development.
• Research and Service Evaluation to collect routine outcome data and support the evaluation and development of the service.
• Management and Leadership to work alongside Senior Leadership to support the clinical delivery and oversight of your team and support with more complex clinical issues.
• General role responsibilities to follow codes of conduct, safeguarding, risk assessments, and working with professionals to promote inclusion and recovery.

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is a 30 bedded hospital within walking distance of the city centre with free onsite car parking. The hospital has two laminar flow operating theatres, a JAG accredited endoscopy unit and two minor treatment rooms in the outpatient department. There is a small radiology department and CT/ MRI services are provided in a mobile unit. Inpatient physiotherapy is provided within the hospital whilst our outpatients attend the fitness and wellbeing centre at Chichester gate for their follow up physio and hydrotherapy treatments.

Our main speciality is orthopaedics. We also care for patients needing treatment within the specialties of gynaecology, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology max fax, and pain. We provide outpatient services for dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and rheumatology.
