• Responsible for planning, developing, and managing/leading an installation-level Army Continuing Education System Program and Credentialing/Licensure Program.

• Plan and develop the installation education services program in accordance with established policies, goal, and objectives.

• Conducts validation and reliability studies to determine overall educational effectiveness of training products.
• Modifies and/or updates existing courses and develops training material for the Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD) systems, Maneuver-Short Range Air Defense systems (Maneuver-SHORAD), Forward Area Air Defense systems.
• Assists in the preparation and submission of changes to proponent military occupational specialties (MOS) descriptions.
• Reviews incoming doctrinal literature from other schools and TRADOC for possible effects on Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD) systems, Maneuver-Short Range Air Defense systems (Maneuver-SHORAD), Forward Area Air Defense systems collective training.
