Partnerships Manager

Location: West Yorkshire -area based (hybrid)

The Partnerships Manager role Is to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach when engaging with businesses, stakeholders and partners to support activities for the successful delivery of the UKSPF Future Forward West Yorkshire programme. The role will ensure network management principles are followed to minimise duplication of relationships and has a clear understanding of support tools to inform and update internal stakeholders.

The post holder will be expected to Engage with LAs and employers through our regional business hub, the careers hub, joint steering group, workshops and other events to gain buy-in and support for roll-out of new approaches to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services; utilising available data to identify areas of good practice and areas for improvement.

• Completar los planes de aprendizaje individualizados basados en temas, para identificar metas y estrategias apropiadas para el desarrollo de cada niño(a) en clase.
• Integrar Planes de Educación Individuales (PEI) o planes de acción de referencia para los niños(as) con necesidades especiales diagnosticadas o sospechosas.
• Implementar las prácticas PBS y las expectativas de todo el programa
• Establecer relaciones positivas y productivas con las familias mediante la creación de una relación de confianza. 
• Programar y completar dos visitas a domicilio y dos conferencias de padres y maestros al año. 
• Animar e involucrar a los miembros de la familia para servir como voluntarios en el salón de clases.
• Colaborar con el personal de servicios a la familia a implementar las prácticas de vida familiar, ampliar el aprendizaje en el hogar y satisfacer las expectativas de asistencia.

Requisitos:
• BA de Educación en la niñez temprana/preescolar o GA de Educación preescolar o  certificación otorgada por el estado de maestros de preescolar con experiencia en la enseñanza en edad preescolar o BA/BS en el campo relacionado con al menos seis cursos de la universidad (12-18 créditos) en Educación en la niñez temprana más experiencia de enseñar a los niños(as) en edad preescolar.

El/la Maestro(a) de bebés-niños(as) pequeños(as) es responsable de un salón de clases de niños(as) de 0 a 3 años de edad. El/la Maestro(a) trabajará en colaboración con otro(a) maestro(a) para asegurar el funcionamiento exitoso de un salón de clases con un total de 6 a 8 niños(as) de edades mixtas desde el nacimiento hasta los 3 años de edad. El/la Maestro(a) también trabajará con un equipo de otros maestros(as) y miembros de la familia para lograr el progreso significativo de cada niño a lo largo de su propio camino de desarrollo único y hacia las metas de preparación escolar de La Red.

Responsabilidades:

· Implementar rutinas diarias centradas en los niños (as) y crea un ambiente de aprendizaje que fomenta el desarrollo de las interacciones sociales positivas apropiadas para la edad, la exploración/participación activa en el aprendizaje y la automotivación (curiosidad) para promover el desarrollo en todos los ámbitos para los niños (as) de todas las habilidades.

· Comprender el desarrollo de la autorregulación en bebés y niños (as) pequeños(as), así como las expectativas apropiadas para la edad de comportamientos prosociales. Crea un ambiente propicio y receptivo que promueve el desarrollo positivo de las competencias sociales y emocionales. · Implementar Planes Individuales de Servicios Familiares (PISF) para niños (as) con necesidades especiales.

· Invitar a los padres a participar en el desarrollo del currículo y el enfoque del programa para el desarrollo y la educación del niño.

· Fomentar la participación de las familias de los niños(as) en el programa Early Head Start y apoyar el desarrollo de las relaciones entre los niños(as) y sus familias.

Requisitos:

· BA de Educación en la niñez temprana o BA en campo relacionado más haber completado 18 créditos en cursos para infantes y maternales o haber aprobado 15 créditos en infantes y maternales en adición al CDA para infantes y maternales.

· Al menos 120 horas de entrenamiento en Contenido bebés/niños(as) pequeños(as), además de por lo menos 480 horas de experiencia en el trabajo con bebés y niños (as) pequeños(as). Credencial CDA para infantes y maternales.

·  Obtener la certificación en RCP y primeros auxilios.

Esta posición sirve como Asistente de Maestro(a) para un salón de clase de Head Start. El/La asistente de maestro(a) comparte la responsabilidad de un salón de clase de Head Start de los niños(as) de 2 años 10 meses a 5 años de edad. El o Ella trabaja en colaboración con el/la maestro(a), miembros de la familia y otros miembros del personal para lograr resultados positivos para los niños(as) de todas las capacidades. 

Responsabilidades:

• El papel del ayudante del maestro(a) abarca las prácticas efectivas en el siguiente (como se indica en nuestra Rúbrica de éxito de Asistente de Maestro/a: a) CLASS ™ interacciones maestros(as) y niños(as), b)Ambiente de aprendizaje,c) Currículo, d)Evaluación del niño(a), e) Cubrir todas las necesidades de los niños(as), f)Trabajar con familias, g) Desarrollo profesional y colaboración 

• Utiliza el conocimiento de los principios de crecimiento y desarrollo del niño(a) para trabajar con niños(as) y comunicarse con los grupos colaboradores internos y externos. 

• Implementar un currículo de aprendizaje y ambiente centrado en el niño(a), que fomente la interacción social positiva, la participación activa en el aprendizaje, y la auto-motivación, para promover el desarrollo en todos los dominios para los niños(as) de todas las capacidades. 

• Aborda los comportamientos desafiantes mediante la observación, para determinar las posibles causas del comportamiento, la aplicación de medidas preventivas, la enseñanza de nuevas habilidades sociales y de comunicación del niño(a) y la asociación con las familias para apoyar al niño(a) en casa. 

• Utilizar las observaciones de los niños y las notas anecdóticas para documentar el progreso de los niños(as)s e individualizar el currículo. 

• Crea asociaciones con las familias para establecer patrones de interacción positivas en el programa, la escuela y el hogar. 

Requisitos:

• Mínimo, una credencial de CDA, o un certificado otorgado por el estado que cumpla o exceda los requisitos para una credencial de CDA, estar inscritos en un programa que conduzca a un título de asociado o licenciado o bien estén inscritos en un programa de certificación de CDA para completarlo durante el plazo de los primeros dos años de haber sido contratados. 

• Se requiere certificado de salud y verificación de antecedentes para este puesto.

Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) is looking for a strategic, audience-first marketer to help position Autodesk as a trusted partner in Design and Make education. This is a critical role on the Audience Marketing team responsible for developing full lifecycle marketing strategies that attract, engage, and shift share among educators.

You have experience marketing to Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) audiences and excel at developing compelling, customer-focused messaging across content, digital experiences, and sales collateral. You have a passion for simplifying and articulating product features and offerings into customer outcomes for education audiences, from executives and decision-makers to influencers and end-users. You will report to the Senior Manager, Audience Marketing.

This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Be an internal expert and advocate for educators in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC)

• Create campaign messaging, briefs, positioning statements, and value propositions aligned to the education audience journey and strategy

• Use message testing and feedback cycles with customers to refine and improve the AEX value proposition and positioning

• Work with the education business operations team to understand, segment, and define audiences in our database

• Integrate our full offering of AEC curriculum, projects, certifications, and products through messaging deliverables that speak to audience needs

• Develop messaging that supports prioritized partnerships to ensure joint value drivers, customer benefits, and differentiation for strategic partners in our go-to-market plans

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in an audience-first marketing role, with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction experience

• Interlock with peers and team members in Worldwide Marketing, Education Strategy, and peers in Education Marketing from Content and Campaigns, Field Marketing, Operations and Digital

• Experience in marketing to global audiences and working across time zones and geographical boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Can collaborate within a matrixed environment

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences

• You can have hard conversations to guide prioritization for better outcomes

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $118,800 and $192,170. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. Minimum Qualifications

• Expertise in crafting and positioning thought leadership content to resonate across diverse audiences; a passion for the themes shaping the future of Design and Make education

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with an ability to interlock with team members in Worldwide Marketing, Education Strategy, and peers in Education Marketing from Content and Campaigns, Field Marketing, Operations and Digital

• Experience in marketing to global audiences and working across time zones and geographical boundaries
