ESR/OLM Education and Training Systems Administrator - Band 3 - 37.5 per week
The Learning and Education team at Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who will take pride in the maintenance of the Trust's online learning management and development offer.

Working closely with the Learning & Education Team Leader, the post holder will have responsibility for maintaining the Trust’s online learning management (OLM) system (ESR/OLM). The post holder will be expected to work collaboratively to ensure the systems are accurately and promptly updated to reflect our Workforce compliance needs and compliance. To champion the use of e-Learning & MyESR in supporting the workforce to adhere to the training needs and requirements in maintaining safe, patient care To support the efficient running of the Education Centre, via room bookings, signposting and room set up for the learning of our workforce and learner groups who access our services here at Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Trust

• To collate and input data to support the performance management requirements for external and internal activity including financial and training data.
• To engage in general office duties, always ensuring a customer-focused approach, including the regular use of Microsoft Office Packages and other Trust on-line learning resources
• In collaboration with the Team Lead, Manager, to support Subject Matter Experts to discuss how to capture training requirements on ESR, provide ESR Forms/necessary documentation to support position levelling as required.
• To compile all relevant information to present to ETD Lead, Manager for approval, buy undertaking relevant searches for national content and enrol/direct subject leads to review should it be required.
• With direct support from the Team Lead, Manager, to create new competence (s) and local e-Learning content as and when required.
• To promptly respond and/or escalate all ESR queries in relation to Learning and Education
• To contribute to the running of reports and projects to support the portfolio of Learning and Education
• Daily usage of Microsoft office computer systems including word processing, spread sheets, databases, e-mail, and electronic diary management.
• Support the effective working of the Team by acting as a central hub for communication and information.
• Periodic requirement to lift moderate loads (stationary deliveries, office equipment, display boards and furniture).
• To ensure all Mandatory and Essential to Role Training competencies are correctly set up on OLM to reflect requirements of the workforce and they are maintained appropriately to facilitate accurate compliance reporting.
• To provide a professional, courteous, and helpful approach at all times with both our internal colleagues and external stakeholders
• To contribute to the health and safety and risk management requirements in relation to Trust Policies and Procedures
• To work collaboratively across the Trust to support our mandatory training compliance and help improve performance through initiatives such as eLearning support drop-in sessions, coupled with a flexible approach to support cover for colleagues as directed by line manager.
• Assist in maintaining the quality of the service and environment and in implementing innovation and improvements. Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately, resolving where possible and escalating to the line manager where appropriate.
