Job Summary:

The Bromley Occupational Therapy Team is looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team over the winter period. The Ealing Crisis & Home Treatment Team (ECAHTT) are currently offering a Permanent opportunity to a Social Worker, to join the team.

This 9 to 5 role will have a special emphasis around improving access, flow and discharged from the West London Crisis Recovery House (WLCRH). The post entails taking responsibility for assessment and management of service users experiencing a crisis that may, without CAHTT intervention require a hospital admission. These referrals will be coming from a variety of sources (LPS, Inpatient Wards, Community Teams and other CAHT Teams & SPA). You will be dealing with these referrals that have very specific response times and liaising with relevant professionals. You will also have significant managerial & operational responsibility day to day.

CAHTT is a multidisciplinary team. We work closely with Inpatient Services, SPA, MINT, Early Intervention, Social Services, the Police, Statutory and Voluntary agencies. This would be a really exciting time to join the team as the function of the team is changing and the Band 7 Senior Crisis Care Practitioner role is key to these changes.

Regular monthly supervision and reflective practice will be provided. As a Senior Practitioner within the team you will be working shift work 37.5 Hours a week. The post holder should have a variety of significant experience and previous community experience would be ideal.

• To ensure system background data and system set up is maintained in line with the Council's requirements and to provide consultation to key stake holders on all payroll systems.
• To undertake quality assurance checks and identify service issues arising from analysis of the causes of self service payroll entry errors, complaints and working practices and develop proposals and plans for addressing and improving these.

Candidate Criteria

• Substantial experience in using complex computerised payroll systems in a large organisation
• Experienced in Local Government payroll at a similar level position
• Experience and knowledge of pensions administration in Local Government
• Great communication skills and ability to work professionally and adapt to any team fit.

Our Public Sector Client based in North West London is looking for a Senior Service Charge Officer on an ongoing temporary basis.
Role Purpose:

• Ensure accurate calculation of annual estimated service charges for leaseholders and tenants.
• Timely production of demand notices and annual reconciliation of final statements in accordance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage, and motivate the team, including performance reviews and identifying training needs.
• Agree on an annual service improvement plan and set objectives and performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent service and maximise service charge income collection.
• Support the preparation of service charge accounts and provide commentary on major variances.
• Ensure all transactions are reviewed and journals actioned appropriately.
• Support the annual service charge budget setting process.
• Act on audit recommendations and build constructive relationships with auditors.
• Provide regular performance reports to internal and external clients.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and best practices, providing written reports on their impact.

Standard Responsibilities:

• Comply with the organisation's values, policies, and regulatory frameworks, including Code of Conduct, Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Equality and Diversity.

Person Specification:

• Qualified by experience or part-qualified accountant with a clear understanding of accounting.
• Knowledge of legislative background and best practices in service charges.
• Strong communication skills and experience with financial accounting systems (e.g., SUN, Vision, Northgate).
• Experience of managing staff and dealing with auditors.
• Advanced IT skills, including Excel and Word.
