Catering to a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties, the venue offers a spacious setting that can accommodate up to 500 guests.

A top salary negotiable in the range $70k to $80k plus superannuation per annum is on offer and the role is full time and ongoing, requiring shifts across the week and weekend.

Responsibilities of our Chef will include:

• Lead, guide and inspire the kitchen team to deliver the best results.

• Supervise (and participate in) the preparation of all meals.

• Manage kitchen consumables, stock takes, ordering, cost control and budgeting.

• In consultation with the Management team, develop, test, and introduce new menu items.

• Participate in the hiring and training of new kitchen staff.
