We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to assist in campaign and client management. As Account Manager you will coordinate the delivery of campaigns in-store, client liaison, organise and manage communications between the various stakeholders, manage project timelines and outputs, and ensure compliance against budgets and scope of works.

About the Role
As Account Manager you will be managing a number of accounts in retail channels. You will focus on the implementation and delivery in-store, which includes working closely with the operations team. Communication with clients and the various stakeholders will be critical to the success of the campaign. The ideal candidate will need to be very diligent across reporting, managing project timelines, client and field team relationships, KPIs and budgets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Nurture and lead the client relationship, acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Plan, develop and manage end-to-end marketing events and campaigns.
• Maintain regular dialogue on campaign performance with your manager.
• Create and manage scope of work documents, timelines, agendas, meeting minutes, reports, schedules, training materials, timelines, budget trackers and other outputs, including client facing.
• Regular face to face meetings, phone catchup’s and WIPs with clients and staff.
• Taking new briefs and pitching for work for new business, including creation and execution of presentations.
• Participate and propose account reviews, analysis, forecasts, identify threats and opportunities
• Uphold service excellence with customers and internal teams
• Lead by example and empower internal teams and individuals to develop, grow and deliver set out goals.
• Managing the weekly client meetings, fortnightly training and monthly reviews.
• Management of the campaign reporting process, delivery and client presentation.
• Working closely with the operations team. Ensure seamless integration with our operations division and the management of the field team.
• Assist with the ongoing training of new and existing staff.
• Manage, grow and mentor account teams, account coordinators and executives as required.
• Deliver campaigns on time and on budget. Manage PnL’s and financial aspects of current accounts and prospects, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Identify process efficiencies and actively work on optimising workflows.
• Incrementally grow client’s business with D2C and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with your manager.
• Anticipate hurdles in projects, and guide the teams to deliver solutions on the path to deliver a successful campaign.
We are looking for
• Well-versed in all aspects of account service and project management. Ideally 2+ years account management experience either at an agency or client side
• Experience working on campaigns with large field teams (eg. brand ambassadors, merchandisers, demonstrators)
• Exceptional client facing communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills.
• Highly organised and able to multi-task and adhere to short deadlines.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of project ownership and keen interest in marketing and or retail
• Ability to manage a field team and work autonomously.
• Experience with reporting or delivery platforms is preferred but, not essential.
• In depth skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
