What you'll be doing;

• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on the plant and site equipment including: hydraulic and steam systems, overhead refuse cranes, rotating equipment and conveyors.
  
• Report, diagnose and remedy plant defects, proposing and developing improvements to plant and apparatus.
  
• Mechanical fault finding, defect rectification and routine maintenance activities.
  
• Ensure you are working within the Company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
  
• Use of workshop tools, drilling machines, lathes, bench fitting and welding equipment.
  

What we're looking for;

• Having served a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or similar qualification is essential. This role could suit someone that's completed a Veolia Electro-Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship.
  
• Being multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical engineering and having welding skills is advantageous.
  
• Understanding of, and ability to diagnose faults on mechanical systems.
  
• Experience gained in a continuous process industry is advantageous.
  
• Computer literate and able to train in computerised maintenance systems.

What you'll need to succeed
You may be a fully qualified or part-qualified tax professional, trained within the Chartered Profession, who is looking to make your first move into a commercial business. Direct tax compliance experience is essential. Key skills include co-ordination, time management, working to deadlines along with a proactive and dynamic nature, keen to learn and grow professionally along with the business. You will have support from the wider finance team, as well as c-suite members, to help drive the role and business forward. Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Plumber to join our team, providing high-quality plumbing services across a range of office locations from Hythe to Bracknell. If you are an experienced plumber with a focus on delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems within office environments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Respond to emergency call-outs on a 1 in 8-week rotation, providing swift assistance when needed.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a mobile plumbing role, ideally within a commercial setting.
• Full UK driving license.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The delivery of high quality, effective and compassionate health care to all patients attending the Minor Procedures Unit, located at the Candover Clinic is the most important objective for the organisation.
