Job Brief:
Maintenance coordinators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a building’s maintenance department. They commonly work with contractors, vendors and other outside parties to ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning properly. He / She may also be tasked with developing new procedures or policies related to their area of responsibility. This might include anything from creating checklists for routine inspections to establishing guidelines for handling emergency situations. Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of equipment, facilities, project, energy saving, planning/milestone and report.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop training format plan conduct or involve on the job training sessions for department employees.
- Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
- To assist to do report inventory par store keep in track, general item and ordering.
- To check and updates daily work order and project status.
- To keep update attendance/absent record and submit to HR.
- Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
- Keeping track of supply and material inventories. Ensure Par Stock in store is always keep in track. Will do regular inventory surprise check.
- Updating maintenance logs for all equipment and machinery.
- Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement
Job Requirements:
- Diploma with related field
- Minimum 2 Year in administration
- Microsoft Office
- Excel
- Good in English and Bahasa.
- Knowledge in basic engineering would be advantage.
- Strong communications skills and excellent team player and able to train and mentor team member
- Ability to create excellent working relationships with all levels within the hotel
