About You
Candidates will hold a City & Guilds qualification and have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. Customers focused on experience of working in the public sector. We are looking for experienced Planned Maintenance Painter to join our client working within the area of Kent. Reporting to the Head of Property, the successful candidates will be responsible for undertaking both responsive and planned maintenance tasks to properties within their business. You will be required to carry out repairs, maintenance, painting and installation . This role involves working from home with daily travel to carry out repairs and maintenance in the properties where tenants reside or have vacated.

The successful candidates will have experience in general maintenance including clean and clear, painting & decorating and groundwork.
