Job Description:

Strategic Marketing and Planning:

• Formulate price recommendations based on the above studies.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies, programmes, and activities aligned with the project launch plans.Liaise with marketing or real estate agencies to develop effective marketing strategies tailored to the target market segment.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, primarily real estate agencies, to stay informed about market developments and offerings.

Reporting and Budget Management:

• Prepare weekly reports summarising marketing updates and analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in monitoring, tracking, and updating the marketing budget and expenditures.

Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Handle occasional marketing administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Manage and monitor the record of the defect list issued after the unit is handed over and ensure that defects rectification works are completed within the stipulated timelines.
