As our Human resources Officer, you will support the hotel's operating goals by maximising team member productivity and well-being; and achieve the hotel's guest service objectives. • Assisting and guiding team members on an ad hoc basis

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a proactive approach in overseeing Ofsted registration of supported accommodation providers as per The Supported Accommodation Regulation 2023 and quality assuring children’s placement/homes.

The role will monitor, and improving the standards of homes for children by undertaking quality assurance visits and ensuring accommodation providers we use are Ofsted Registered as per the above regulation and monitoring and improving the standards of homes for children and young people.

The post holder will ensure the highest quality of service delivery in terms of the care, support and health & safety within the homes our children reside in that meets Ofsted’s minimum quality standards.

The post holder will contribute in ensuring placement stability for children in our care, as well as ensuring all homes provider’s compliance documents and policies are gathered, reviewed and kept securely.
