Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. We are looking for a Regional Senior Digital & Trade Marketing Executive (one-year renewable contract) to plan, execute and implement all retail sales events for Travel Retail APAC
Job Responsibilities:
Retail Activation for Key Launches and Special Events
• Work closely with MM to plan and execute “retail-tainment” for major product launches, creating a holistic and experiential shopping environment for TR consumers, executing an omni-channel activation for brand.
• Infuse Brand’s creative assets with a consumer-centric mindset, and to project manage with all internal stakeholders/agencies/retailer, in terms of aligning content and support elements for each activation.
• Oversee project tracker to reinforce and maintain Brand’s standards and consistencies across TR APAC.
Digital + CRM
• Work closely with MM to maintain and upgrade e-commerce sites for key campaigns
• Further explore Livestream and Virtual Selling capacity in TR APAC for best-in-class execution
• Plan and execute livestreams of celebrities and KOLs through close working relationship with agencies and retailers which involve coordination, script writing and approval.
• Collaborate with key retailers to maintain and enhance CRM campaign
• Work with Integrated Marketing to build annual programs/JBP with strategic 3PP platforms such as Alipay, union pay, C-trip etc.
Ongoing In-store Communications
• Coordinate all elements of the in-store collaterals into one comprehensive communication package to the field, including collaterals and translations for Key Shopping Moments campaigns (Eg: Chinese New Year and Summer, 520, Summer Campaign, Golden Week, Power Campaign, Chuseok, Songkran)
• Work closely with Store Design and Visual Merchandising team to share inputs from marketing perspective, to ensure a more cohesive executive in-store (digital screen planning and planogramming)
• Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure all in-store communication collaterals are strongly implemented (Eg. GWP call-outs and video contents)
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Marketing.
• Passion for beauty and trend savvy (beauty/fashion brands) and Experience in trade and special events marketing is preferred and in Travel Retail is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with Chinese Digital and Social Media platforms is preferred.
• Candidate should also demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, including proficiency in Chinese is a must.
• Essential computer skills – PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Working knowledge of SAP and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
