JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 

• Production of engineering drawings from information supplied by project engineers.
• Construction of bills of material. 
• Production of technical specifications for subsequent purchasing. 
• Maintenance of Drawing Office records, including the Suppliers Library 
• Liaison with customers, collaborators, contractors and suppliers as required. 
• Supplying information to customers and collaborators in the relevant format 
  in a concise and timely manner. 
• Participation in design reviews. 
• Participation in cost build-up developments. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. 
• At least one (1) years of working experience in the construction engineering or related field. 
• Extensive draughting experience using AutoCAD. 
• Ability to provide clear and concise drawings for the Build Team. 
• Aware of Quality Systems and safe design practice. Adherence to, working 
  instructions and procedures in accordance with the Company’s Quality Assurance policy. 
• Versatile to be able to work on several projects in a short period. 
• Applicants must be proactive, hardworking and able to work under deadlines. 
• Possess valid driving license (full) with clean records. 
• Willing to travel as and when required. 
• Any ad-hod tasks that is given to you by direct Superior/HOD. 
• Willing to work at Subang Hi-Tech, Shah Alam, Selangor. 

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Degree in Property Management/Building or any other related fields with good academic results.
• Knowledgeable in Strata Management Act (2013) and all other acts / regulations relevant to property management
• At least 2 years’ experience in same related fields
• Good communication skills.

Job Description:

• Overall control on the implementation of operational procedures, system and management performance.
• Monitor collection of billing for service charges, assessment, quit rent, insurance premium, water charges, etc
• Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Our client is a property/mall management company. They are in the process of looking for an experienced Finance professional to helm the Finance Department at their Sepang office in Selangor.
Responsibilties
*To lead the Finance team in planning,directing and coordinating finance operations in an efficient and professional and compliance with applicable laws and Group finance policy.
*Review monthly management accounts and ensure timely submission to holding company and joint venture partner for consolidation.
*Prepare audited financial statements
*Oversee the approval and processing of income, expenditure, position control documents and accounts maintenance.
*Provide financial advice/input to all management decisions and assist in developing corporate goals,strategies and plans in achieving objectives.
*Coordinate and analyse fiscal and budget systems for controls, policies and procedures.
*Coordinate the annual internal and external audit and preparation of financial statements and all other supplementary financial schedules for audit.
*Preparation and review of tax computations,submission of tax returns and liaison with tax agents and authorities on tax matters.
The person
*Malaysian male or female.
*Possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA.
*6-8 years of work experience in finance and accounting portfolio in property/mall management sector.
*Strong technical knowledge in MFRS and local taxation regulations.
*Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spken and written.
*Be able to be based at Sepang area in Selangor.
*Priority for manager specializing mall or property management.
