This includes;
• Preparing and presenting timely, relevant and value-added financial information on specific legal entities and for group, parent, and executive reporting.

As an Analytics & Insights Manager, you will be an information resource expert within the FMCG industry, providing dedicated support to assigned clients across Malaysia. You will collaborate closely with operations and account teams, to help client users leverage the suite of products/services and make informed business decisions. • Be the day-to-day contact of Retail Measurement Services clients. You will advise clients on RMS resources and tools, data standards and analyses, audit and calculation methodologies, and other information services.

Billing Operations

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount
• Generate proforma invoices for shared service team’s approval

The Firmware Test Development team develops and maintains a suite of tests to exercise firmware features and functionality. Maintain and enhance test infrastructure, and develop automation tools to streamline testing processes. Support existing code base, debug and resolve issues as well as add enhancements.  As a team member you will interface with and be supported by local and US based engineers in Firmware, Validation and Applications to quickly become a subject-matter expert in one or more areas.

• Attend virtual promotional events when needed.
• Take part in all recruitment activities, such as training events, helping students decide, running information sessions, and handling inquiries.
• Provide market insights and accurate recruitment forecasts through regular, detailed reports to the management team.
• Give timely feedback to management to help improve strategies and processes.
• Build a professional and consultative relationship with students.
• Make sure all activities are reported accurately in the CRM.
