Job Description :

• To handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant rules regulations, i.e., Companies Act 2016.
• Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings, MYCOID & MBRS submission, and other corporate secretarial documents.
• To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory form/returns to the Companies Commission of (CCM).

You will spearhead People Strategies for all Indirect Labour workforce including People Development, Talent & Succession Planning, Engagement & Retention, Associates’ Welfare, Discipline and Grievances.

• Partner with responsible departments in understanding and supporting their strategic and operational requirements.
• Drive changes proactively, build trust and confidence with stakeholders and is the single point of contact for local HR core processes up to BU level.
• Local implementation and realization of all HR management and core processes across the HR value chain (except recruiting).
• Strengthen collaboration across locations and support of international business teams.
• Maintain and enhance Company’s human resources by designing, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices.
• Provide sound guidance, professional support and advisory to managers and employees in performance management, career development and succession planning discussions and is a sparring partner for talent development or diagnostic related issues.
• Drive (cultural) change in area of responsibility.
• Uphold Company’s interest and liability in all employment related legal proceedings and industrial disputes.
• Implement, monitor and review Company’s performance management and reward system. Ensure benefits package are competitive and internal pay structure remains fair, equitable and consistent with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and local HR requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage production indirect material requirements to meet production demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with departments such as purchasing, manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overproduction or shortages.
• Adjust plans based on changes in production scheduling, supply chain issues, or consumption rate.

• Membantu menaikkan barang dan mengatur barang dalam kenderaan.
• Menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang, menjawab soalan mudah dari pelanggan.
• Mematuhi jalan yang ditetapkan dengan mengikut jadual waktu yang diberikan.
• Mematuhi semua undang-undang pengangkutan dan mengekalkan rekod pemanduan yang bersih & selamat.

• Mempunyai Lesen GDL.
• Berpengalaman memandu Van.
• Berkeupayaan untuk berjalan, memandu, mengangkat dan membawa barang berat (maksimum 30kg) untuk tempoh yang berpanjangan.
