Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain an accurate sorter roster to ensure smooth shift coverage.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background and be responsible for managing picker operations for selected supermarket vendors on foodpanda shops (Marketplace), ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.

As a key member of the team, you will act as the advocate between our pickers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication. Additionally, you will optimise picker performance by multitasking effectively, resolving operational challenges, and continuously enhancing vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities
