• Designs and develops test cases to ensure coverage of internal and external customer expectations by analyzing and understanding system requirements and design specifications; applying standard test case development techniques.
• Reports tests coverage of the assigned test packages by continuously documenting test results during test execution.
• Design & execute test in manual and automated way to verify the product functionality based on requirement.
• Creates & setup the automation test environment consisting of both hardware and/or software by understanding the system configuration.
• Reports defects/failures with clear and concise description into Defect Management System (RTC or similar) by following standard defect description structure.
• Involves in defects resolution together with software developer by providing supporting information as well as retesting resolved bugs on every release.
• Work as individual contributor or technical leader to interface with internal or external customer on testing related topic.

Post the project, we expect you to keep engaged in the upcoming strategic global projects in the pipeline as an essential part of the team.

In the mid to long term, we expect you to become part of the next gen leaders in our organizations

Key Responsibilities

In the short term, we expect you to join the project management team and support project management and integration management activities in the ongoing global enterprise applications (ERP, SCM, CRM, MDM etc.) implementation project.

Post the project, we expect you to keep engaged in the upcoming strategic global projects in the pipeline and take the role of project management and/or integration management.

GS/OBR Department

• Assist with the receipt and scanning of Accounts Payable invoices including barcode tagging.
• Support special Account Payable projects as needed.
• Create tickets for Vietnam GSA when required.
• Prepare WHT documents for filing (OBR Tasks).
• Issue receipts as part of OBC tasks.
• Support the archiving of finance documents and assist with on-site office tasks.

CTG 2 Department

• Extract invoices from SAP system for processing and tracking.
• Upload and attach invoices to the MITI ePCO system.
• Retrieve the Bill of Materials (BOM) list to support project/cost analysis.
• Assist the CTG controller with cost analysis tasks.
• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses based on specific requirements.

CTG3 Department

• Assist with cost center planning, budgeting, reporting for overhead expenses.
• Prepare and track Service Level Agreement (SLA) between RBMA / RBMP and other Bosch entities.
• To support Business Plan and Current Forecast.
• Identify and analyze risks in the business area, offering suggestions for improvements.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and report as needed.
• Monitor and report on weekly Purchase Order (PO) commitments.
• Assist with the CF/BP/YEC processes and to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support invoice extraction and related tasks.
