  • Competent in AutoCAD, Primavera and MICROSOFT PROJECT.

Job Scope :

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, record-keeping and filing
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger transactions
• Providing administrative support to the finance team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations 
• Occasionally will require to do Banking work
• Require to chase client for payment after invoicing every month and to monitor

incoming payment.

• To count worker claim for overtime , mileage claim and allowance every month.
• To keep and sent monthly record on final statement of Account for client and project cost

Job Requirement :

• Possessed Relevant Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• At least 1 years of experience in a similar accounts assistant
