As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker or Looker Studio.

2. Data Warehouse Management

• Write SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and analyze data from BigQuery.

The Challenge

We are seeking an experienced Concept Artist with a high bar for quality of design to join our game development team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity and immersive experience of our games. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging 2D art and concepts that capture the essence of our games and resonate with players.

The Category Buyer is a key role in the local Procurement team. Reporting to the Senior Category Buyer, it has overall accountability to execute duties related to the purchasing of services, supplies and equipment in accordance with the established policies and guidelines.

The core goals will be to lead the way to expected margin targets, manage a variety of different stakeholders who will be working with you very directly and closely, and to mature the category overall and prepare for future growth. Your main challenges will be to:

• Understand business requirements;

• Manage various sub-categories with the support of Regional Buyers in Malaysia;

- Establish and maintain portfolio of strategic agreements and key supplier relationships to manage risk in procuring Raw Materials (i.e. pricing, supply, quality, etc.).  

- Manage supplier selection for Local categories, negotiate & contract key suppliers and administer contracts; PO creation (for NCOGs categories)

- Manage supplier risk assessment (scanning via official tools and databases, financial assessment, etc.)  - Establish and analyse performance metrics in order to evaluate supplier performance.

- Keep oversight over set of contracts within category and ensure contract compliance considering payments terms, prices, discounts & rebates and performance in close collaboration with business.

- Understand the physical manufacturing process, including visiting plants to ensure guidelines are being followed, to deliver optimal goods & services to production plants.

- Ensure compliance to internal policies & procedures, have a deep understanding of and manage compliance to the Combined Business Model. - Maintain purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve the organization’s buying patterns and supply channels.

Scope of Responsibilities

1. To ensure the satisfactory operation of all the specialized/TCS equipment and installations at all times.

2. To ensure services delivery are meeting the maintenance standard and requirement such as LLM APST, SIRIM ISO and Internal Audit:

• In-charge of maintenance and improvement works for Toll Collection System
• Timeliness in completing assigned tasks
• To supervise and monitor the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and Enhancement works carried out by contractors / junior staff

3. To ensure compliance with regulations, related to the Environmental Quality Act, Safety and Health Act, and management system standards, while ensuring that the QESH achieves its intended results by incorporating

• a process approach, risk-based thinking, and implementing improvements to enhance performance.

2.  To carry out Preventive and Corrective maintenance works.
3. To carry out 1^st level of maintenance works.
4. To prepare maintenance report on any malfunctions / defects affecting equipment.
5. To repair electronic equipment / machines.

7. To be part of the Emergency Response Team and attend to emergency situation when instructed.
8. To monitor and supervise works undertaken by maintenance contractor / junior staff.

11. To perform standby duties and response promptly in the event of any equipment or system failure / malfunction in meeting the Emergency Call Back standard.
12. To attend, rectify and update status of defect or request raised in the e-Work System.
13. To attend, check and update status of the defect raised i.e. NOD / NCR in the Expressway Performance Indicator System (EPI) of LLM.
14. To prepare Requisition Form (RF) in e-PO System in obtaining management approval for the Purchase Order (PO) issuance to maintenance contractors.
15. To assist TCS section for yearly budgeting for maintenance and improvement budget i.e. minor repair, enhancement, consumable and capex.
16. To exercise safety at site for own and ensure safety procedure is implemented by contractor at work as per OSHA requirements.
17. To undertake any job assignment / improvement / planning work related to TCS and meet the needs or requirements of the company business.
18. To undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Group Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic Engineering from Local University / Technical Institution or equivalent.

As our Construction Safety Advisor you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the safety management system for construction projects. In this role you’ll also responsible for undertaking desktop and on-site safety audits and driving safe work practices within our construction projects.

• Develop and maintain construction safety management system procedures and guidance material
• Review and critique external partner project-specific safety management plans and client requirements
• Participate in High Risk workshops with the project management team
• Undertake routine onsite construction inspections to ensure safety issues are appropriately identified, assessed and risks are mitigated
• Complete site inspection reports, including findings and following up on the implementation of corrective actions
• Manage reporting processes for customer projects as well as internal reporting

• Analyse and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of IT Infrastructure (Network, Server, Cloud System, Storage, Backup etc.) to support current and meet future business requirements.
• Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users’ requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the end user needs and system availability.
• Maintain the infrastructure health by performing daily monitoring, patch updates, configuration review and hardware replacement when is needed.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure projects, services and tasks are implemented as per specification and timely manner.
• Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
• Ensure the completion of new equipment setup or configuration changes according to the maintenance schedule or recommended changes.
• Ensure Program and System Integration Testing is conduct effectively, feedback is gathered, and revisions are tested, validated, and documented.
• Assist in every related area of IT Infrastructure whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the MIS department.
• To provide after hours support according to work requirements and job schedule.
• To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Job Description Your Role: 

To assist the Finance Manager in planning, studying and collecting data to determine overall profit and loss of business activity. 

Activities may include but not limited to:

• Guides and leads the overall accounting works for the entity.

• Adjusts and balances entity accounts and analyzes changes in the balance sheet.

• Coordinates the general ledger month-end close by preparing journal entries and reconciliation

• Ensures that inter-company transactions are reconciled and compliant.

• Supervises the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s financial systems.

• Estimates expenses and amortizes prepaid expenses.

• Consolidates salary and payroll costs.

• Assists in the budget process including monitoring administrative expenses and actual spending.

• Prepares and submits local tax filings e.g., tax declaration, e-invoicing

• Prepares information and manages the audit process.

• Analyses financial information and prepares financial statements for audit reports.

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as pre-close overall profit and loss and balance sheet.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Documentation: SOP, WI, FMEA, OCAP and Control Plan for related process.
• Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line and new process technology capabilities developments.
• Support Automation and development for new automatic and robotic equipment qualification and sustaining.
• Support the Production Line. Report online machine status and issue to reporting manager
• Follow daily/shiftly line issue and production support for automation equipment.
• Continuous improvement on direct/indirect material cost down, UPH, MTBA, and MTBF enhancement program.
• Ensure automation equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time.
• Perform automation equipment conversion and set up. Observe 6S on daily job to ensure the continued and smooth production line.
• Able to conduct trainings to Operator/technicians on machine operation and skill improvement.
• Able to replace spare parts and machine buy off.
• Experience in automation equipment’s
• Manage engineer’s logistic needs.
• Any other duties assigned from time base on schedule and unscheduled activities
• Participate in productivity improvement, Lean, Kaizen and similar activities and provide manufacturing process optimization solution

• Be an active contributor in the formulation, communication and implementation of regional and local competence development strategies, tools and programs in close co-operation with store HR generalist.
• Actively promote the implementation of the store and regional training calendar in close co-operation with the regional competence HUB and the functional L&D specialists.
• Support the implementation of a local and regional pool of trainers of programs in the training calendar.
• Secure the Foundation and Advance level program including Buddy system and Basic Job Knowledge.
• Actively contribute and secure the process of performance evaluation & development talk, and talent review process in partnership with the store HR generalist.
• Ensure investments and budget for all learning activities with clear goal settings and follow up.
• Responsible for the digital training records and relevant reports in the established HR information system
• Secure the co-operations with the external partners within L&D area i.e. Universities, Poly techniques and other institutions

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Conduct and maintain digital marketing activities via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. 
• Initiate sales plans and strategies with clients and stakeholders
• Assist in organizing and maintaining company records, documents, and files.
