This position is also responsible for managing employee onboarding, offboarding, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR systems, and overseeing work permit applications. Additionally, the role involves coordinating essential documentation for payroll processing and providing ongoing HR support to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
·        Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
·        Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates and facilitate the interview process.
·        Extend job offers to the selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions of employment and coordinate the onboarding process.
·        Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
·        Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process
·        Assist line managers to identify and hire candidates with the right set of competencies within acceptable time frame and work within the approved budget.
·        Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
·        Assist with coordination of documentation for payroll department i.e new hires, leavers including leaver’s final dates, leave balance, leavers letter, absences, bonus, and leaves.
·        Coordinate non-local work permit applications and renewals from end-to-end visa management processes such as Employment Passes (EP), Dependent Passes (DP), Special Passes, Long-Term Social Visit Passes, Permission to Work (PTW).
·        Manage the onboardings of all new employees including issuing offer letters, and contract of employment and the associate pre-employment checks (including references).
·        Manage vendors and internal processes for employee benefits (i.e. insurance renewal/addition, dependents registration, termination for resignees, staff movement updates, and claim submission for (GHS/GPA/GTL)
·        Manage employee records and updating HR Databased including: change of addresses; bank details; marital status and emergency contacts, new hires information, terminations, reporting lines.
·        Prepare letter for Transfer, Redesignation, change of reporting line, Confirmation, Resignation, Verification, Promotion, Salary increment/adjustments, Retirement, contract extension.
·        Engage in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

·        Degree or Diploma in Human Resources/Business Management/Business Administration
·        Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
·        At least 2- 3 years of relevant working experience as Human Resources Generalist
