• Optimize sputter machine start-up & operation procedures to ensure process consistency & repeatability. Work with the team on machine start-up time reduction before media characterization activities in order to reduce downtime & improve productivity.
• Work together with Sputter Equipment team on hardware improvement projects for downtime reduction & yield improvements. Ex- sputter magpacks, different type of cathodes, disk holder designs etc.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. The Senior Engineer is responsible for complex tasks and completing them despite roadblocks; grabbing others for help or insight as necessary. They require very little oversight beyond high-level direction. They can take a complex user story, break it down into tasks, and complete them with relative ease.
