What’s your Responsibilities?

License Application Management:

Manage and oversee the entire license application process, from initial preparation to submission and approval.
Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal licensing requirements relevant to the company’s operations.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and legal requirements for various licenses and permits.
Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, and other regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and licenses.
Keep track of license renewal dates and ensure timely renewal to avoid lapses in compliance.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and organize all required documentation for license applications, including forms, supporting documents, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate records of all license applications, approvals, renewals, and communications.
Generate reports on the status of license applications and compliance for management review.

4. Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information and documents required for license applications.
Communicate with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and consultants, to facilitate the licensing process.
Address any issues or concerns raised by regulatory bodies and work towards prompt resolution.

5. Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in the licensing process and implement efficient procedures to streamline operations.
Stay informed about changes in licensing laws and regulations, and adjust processes accordingly.
Provide recommendations to management on best practices for license management and compliance.

6. Administrative Support:

Assist with other administrative tasks related to operations as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Support the Operations Manager in various projects and tasks related to company operations and regulatory compliance.

7. Training and Guidance:

Train and guide junior staff or team members involved in the license application process.
Provide support and mentorship to ensure the team understands and adheres to licensing requirements and procedures.

The Requirements of the role:

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in Operation Management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Proven ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
Willing travel to KL office if required.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and effective support. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently

Responsibilities

Own customer communications (chat and calls mainly) from initial contact until resolution, escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via live chats.
Be the owner of the customer feedback loop to internal functions to help create better products and help improve customer experience.
Deliver an amazing experience to every customer by going above and beyond their inquiries, feedback, and needs.
Proactively provide constant feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create impact for our customers.
Work together as a team to achieve timely turnaround time and quality replies to every customer.
Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

This role is open only to locals.
Fully Work from Office - Office Location: 1 Tech Park, Bandar Utama
4 Shift timings: 7am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 11 am - 8pm, 3pm - 12am (weekdays and weekend)
Possess own transportation is encouraged
Open to fresh graduates
Required language(s): English, Mandarin
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
High level of attention to details.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any tasks.
Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment
Full Training Provided (Theory & Hands-on training)

Role summary:

The KL GFS Billing Manager position offers considerable exposure to the business, finance leaders, and the wider shared services teams. You will broaden & strengthen knowledge through leading & integrating varied Billing service challenges globally. These include Billing operations support across markets such as APAC and UKI and the global task of loading Experian invoices onto customer portals across APAC, EMEA, UKI and NA regions.

What You'll Do:

Help make decisions about the best way to implement the requirements to allow efficient billing processes for the markets we support
Propose and implement process and commercial standardization that enables simpler automated solutions and processes including deploying major complex global Billing applications such as ARIA.
Identify best practices and ongoing support to the business on billing process and functionality while ensuring it is in compliance with relevant policies / legislation
Lead the integration of new acquisition billing processes into Experian which includes partnering with market FD and the business in deciding and thereafter implementing the best billing process and system solution to provide seamless support without any service disruption to the business
Lead the Billing teams and monitor/manage operations delivery, project or development milestones, prioritization, and progress to ensure monthly operations support and project delivery.
Provide regular updates to management and important partners, escalating issues ensure prompt resolution to maintain / achieve operational or project timelines
Recommend process improvements opportunities, initiating actions or projects for continuous improvement
Manage the daily billing operations across both Kuala Lumpur and India locations, to ensure smooth execution, target and timelines are met
Lead as a role model, you will instill a culture of knowledge sharing and working together and implementing clear metrics to measure the success of the team.
Review and respond to any billing and payment queries received from the clients
Review the completeness of Billing-Interface reconciliation and month end AR to GL
Point of escalation for all Billing process and systems matters, promoting UAT and Go live of system changes and procedures when needed
Ensure billing process and controls are enforced and measured through Indicators Audit Control and Compliance
Regular calls with defined partner to resolve outstanding actions, go to person of Regional CFO and Head of Finance for any Billing support requirements
Set a culture of Cross training and support across the other country reports/dashboard and align processes
To change and pushes themselves beyond what's expected and able to re-evaluates and adjust thinking when things change
Seek feedback and is open to questioning their assumptions and can demonstrate confidence in handling challenges.
