As a Marketing Executive, you will be connected in every exciting facet of marketing! This role will involve supporting various communication strategies, including planning and executing impactful campaigns and events, brand partnerships, content marketing and fostering collaborations with relevant stakeholders.

What you will do:
- Identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends to boost brand and product growth as aligned to the company's objectives.
- Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate marketing and communications strategies, events, and activities.
- Develop campaigns from concept to deployment across all marketing channels, including print, radio, email, digital, SMS, in-person, website and social media.
- Assist in building, expanding and managing the partnerships, including overseeing all stages of partnership-revenue generation, conversion plan, implementation, rollout, review and improvement plan.
- Understand and identify key actions to manage the investor lifecycle program - acquisition, education, and retention, by providing market insights and recommendations for strategic planning, reviews, and improvement processes.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive integrated communication strategies and campaigns end-to-end solutions.
- Set campaign KPI and measurement metrics to measure campaign success and identify key learnings.
- Adhere to the regulatory requirements and processes being practiced at all times.
- To attend to any other ad hoc activities to meet the business objectives when required.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Comm or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in all aspects of investment-related with strong marketing & business acumen (B2B and/or B2C).
- Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter.
- Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow through abilities.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing marketing and communications funnels.
- Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess good communication styles and able to leverage on the team's abilities.
