Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team responsible for inbound and outbound logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, pick, pack, ship).
Be the responsible for the results of warehouse operations and to achieve set KPI goals.
Take the responsibility to develop skills and confidence of each team member as well as their ability to work independently, through regular and effective individual meetings, team meetings and daily coaching on the floor.
Make a training plan and development plan with the team. Set up training plans in Blum’s e-learning software
Develop and enforce SOPs for inventory control and streamline warehouse processes.
Drive adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards set by local law and company policies.
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in accordance with our 5S Standards.
Ensure system records are accurately maintained in SAP.
Prepare productivity reports, statistics for analysis and annual budgets.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with the broader business systems.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant field.
Proven experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics management.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP ERP and SAP warehouse management software EWM.
Experience working in an international company.
In-depth knowledge of the legal requirements of the Malaysian warehousing and logistics industry.

Job Summary

The Distribution Planning Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the distribution planning team, which includes Demand & Supply Planners and Shipping Officers. Key Responsibilities

- Inbound and Outbound Coordination: Oversee the timely and accurate receipt of inbound shipments and coordinate outbound shipments to Blum subsidiaries and customers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate master data in the SAP system to support effective planning and decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on inventory status, forecast accuracy, and supply chain performance to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve planning and shipping processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to import/export processes promptly to avoid delays.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing supply chain functions, including demand planning, inventory control, and shipping operations.
- Strong proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems, specifically in inventory and production planning and import/export modules.
- Extensive knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations, international trade laws, and transshipment processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Malay.

Job Summary:

The Zone Supervisor cum Chargeman (BO 11kV) role is to manage FM contractors and ensure compliance with authorities. Controlling, monitoring, and liaising with tenants. Providing ad hoc support for maintenance works in Bukit Jalil, Raub, and Perlis branches.

Responsibilities:

All scopes are in relation to all facilities & services assigned to the maintenance department which may differ overtime as deemed fit by the management.
Monitor the works in performance of the appointed FM contractor against contract in force, PO, 8Q or other agreed arrangement for the works whichever is relevant.
Raise report of FM contractor non compliance to ensure all facilities & services are in good operational conditions.
Review, monitor and respond when needed of the renovation works submitted by tenants and/of projects by other departments and/or any proposal by any party to the department.
Review, monitor and respond when needed of the works being done for any development and/or construction related works in the campus.
Report all project updates and other related issues to higher officers including department head and/or division head.
Monitor and ensure all electrical installations, registrations, & licences/permits (HT.RMU.LV.,UPS.genset.MSBand etc.) are all in compliance to respective authorities and/or laws (Energy Commission, JBPM, KPDNKK, TNB and etc.)
Ensure the performances of all necessary maintenances are performed accordingly with the target that all installations are in a good running condition.
The incumbent is also to lead all registered chargeman (internal as well as appointed FAM)
Plan and execute maintenance works as and when needed.
Initiate and execute procurement processes including BQ preparation as and when needed.
Carry out maintenance solution planning and execution including identifying issues, propose solution/BQ and other processes until complete implementation of the agreed solution.
Ensure all safety in compliances with the relevant authorities (ST, JKKP, JBPM, OBKL, etc.) and other SOPs are adhered to for all works under FM's purview.
Liaise with other departments, occupants, contractors and/or developers whose works are related to our facilities. This includes the issuance of notice to the affected users/occupants.
Special assignment related to FM within the capacity of an executive as and when needed by the department.
Collect, register & maintain maintenance data for maintenance planning, budget planning & etc.
Other than Bukit Jalil premise, scope of works also cover Perlis, Raub and/or other places on as and when needed basis.

Qualification & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Landscaping and other relevant discipline.
Must possess a certification of BO (11kV).
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in building facilities maintenance.
Experiences in road and underground infrastructure maintenance.
Have the knowledge in landscaping.
The ideal candidate for this job must possess critical competencies and skills in electrical (power) regulation, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, alongside proficiency in mechanical installations involving pumps and HVAC systems, adeptness in civil works and fittings, as well as basic landscaping abilities.
Able to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans.
Effectively manage electrical emergencies.
Keep abreast with the latest regulations and safety standards to ensure compliance while possess up-to-date knowledge with the rapidly evolving technologies in the electrical field.
Proficient in optimizing maintenance activities and equipment upgrades to meet required standards within budgetary constraints.
