About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Manager, Human Resources to support our HR department in various functions while working closely with the HR Manager. Employee Communication:

• Develop and deliver clear communication strategies regarding compensation and benefits programs to employees.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding salary, benefits, and compensation-related inquiries.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions on compensation and benefits policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits metrics for manager.

Performance Management Support:

• Partner with HR leadership and managers to support performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with compensation strategy.

Expatriate Management:

• Oversea the expatriate assigned to Sika Malaysia ensuring their payroll management and Employment / Dependent pass application are managed on a timely manner.

• Undertake other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested.

Security:

The Assistant Manager, Cargo GSA is responsible for overseeing all cargo sales and operational activities for all Teleport GSA countries. This role involves executing transparent tenders, effective contract management, driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategy while ensuring operational excellence, and aligning with Teleport strategic vision. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and Teleport objectives.
• End to end GSA contract management - from transparent tender process and close monitoring of Guaranteed revenue performance and recommend adjustments to pricing or sales strategies as needed.
• Develop strategies to increase cargo volumes and improve load factors on key routes.
• Identify opportunities to expand the cargo product portfolio, including specialized services like e-commerce, pharma logistics, and perishables.
• Ensure seamless cargo handling operations in compliance with Teleport standards.
• Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue and expense performance against targets, ensuring profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in air cargo sales and operations, with at least 4 – 5 years experience
• Strong knowledge of air freight markets, pricing strategies, and cargo handling procedures.

• Liaise with Project Team Members about project matters such as commits and invoicing.
• Partner with Corporate Service (CS) operation and procurement team in supporting the sustaining construction projects to ensure adherence to standardized business policies.

As Residences Manager, you will manage the effectiveness of the day-to-day Residences operation for Residences guest satisfaction and occupancy.
