JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / 職位描述

Responsibilities:

• Processing of suppliers’ invoices for payment to creditors. To include checking invoices for accuracy, identifying and resolving problems and entering data into the accounting system.
• To ensure all account payables are properly maintained and reconciled.
• To verify/check payment against trade supplier/ non-trade suppliers and sundry suppliers.

*Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the purpose of this job is to effectively manage accounts payable and receivable processes, prepare reconciliations and aging reports to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting. As a part of a global team:

• Ensure the timely and accurate creation of client invoices and credit memos.
