Job Scope

Responsibilities:

1) To assist superior in organizing / managing daily activities in the department and to attend related meetings instructed by company

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract talent. Utilize various sourcing methods (job portal, social media, networking and recruitment events) to source the right candidates especially experience hired.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the Firm's presence in the talent market through career fairs, social media and campus event.
• Onboarding Coordination: Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring that necessary documentation and orientations are completed.
• HRIS: Maintain the HRIS database by ensuring new hire information is accurately entered and leveraging the recruitment module to streamline and automate the recruitment process.
• Data & Reporting: Collaborate with respective group partners/hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, job requirements and provide regular reports to update on talent acquisition progress.

Requirement:

Job Requirements:

• Qualification : Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Business Management (or other relevant fields)
• Experience : Preferable 1 year HR-related experience, with exposure to payroll and compensation & benefits functions, in a manufacturing environment
• Skill : Knowledge in employment laws (Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967) and experience in handling HR-related disputes, Microsoft Office, Good consultancy skills
• Language : Be effectively bilingual in English and Malay with superior communication and customer service skills

Your responsibilities as the Human Resources Executive will include but not limited to:

• Facilitate and manage staff movement processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication between all parties involved.
• Coordinate and work closely with stakeholders and external parties to manage internship placement and other related programs associated with the higher education institution(s).
• Assist and handling employees’ corrective matters, documentations in a fair, timely, and confidential manner in compliance with company policies.
• Manage the transition process, including exit interviews, offboarding formalities, and knowledge transfer.
• Support in HR related data entry into HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, produce relevant HR reports, and support compliance with HR policies and procedures.
