About This Role

As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks in the Human Resource (HR) department. Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in all Human Resources initiatives which include Salary Administration, Time Management, Retention Management, Industrial Relations, updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters and reports.
2. To handle an organization’s compensation and rewards program.
