Job Description

• Responsible for Sales Budget and growth targets for APAC.
  Maintain and grow existing product business in respective markets, while venturing more opportunities in above country.
• Develop new business development activities including strategy development, tactical execution, and targeting new accounts with set objectives and goals to deliver and achieve potential revenue growth.
• Be the primary liaison person for key customers and internal departments to address customer needs, identify changing business environment that affects customer needs, address customer's expectation and shortfall, and implement plans and provide the most appropriate customer support to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must hold at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields.

Job Summary:

This position will have the opportunity to work with advanced Additive Manufacturing technologies in the Innovation Hub . The incumbent will be stretched to learn new skills and deploy the technologies into the Global Environment as well as in Singapore Operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

• The Senior AM Engineer will lead projects from proof-of-concept to deployment and be responsible for project timeline and deliverables.
• Work with strategic business units (SBUs) to develop additive manufacturing parameters for aircraft components. Identify problems, define objectives, risk assessment, develop methodology, analyze test results, and provide recommendations.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to iHub AM team, perform material characterization and parameter development for both polymer and metal printing.
• Responsible for AM processes in composite polymer, LPBF, and DED. Develop and optimize parameters for production, and need to be hands on in this role.
• Provide feedback to design engineers to continuously improve the AM part production process.
• Work closely with QA manager/engineer to establish procedures and maintain quality standard and compliance.
• Provide administrative support, if needed, to avoid disruption on production operations.

Minimum Education required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Material Science/Metallurgy)

Minimum years of experience in role:

7+ of industry experience in AM

Preferred skills:

The successful candidate should have proven expertise/education in Additive Manufacturing. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and have demonstrated both verbal and written communication skills including:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous at work.
• Ability to perform design of experiment (DOE) on process parameter development.
• Must be hands-on and work well within the team.

• Oversee Company’s onsite waste collection process that includes daily collection process, logistics arrangements, site waste containers inspection and maintenance, and submit electronic submission of waste consignment
• To act as the primary contact person for Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring waste collection requirements at customer site are complied.
• To ensure all Company personnel adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the Company personnel work activity and review their JSRA.
• Follow up with customer email communication and provide periodic update on any follow up actions required.
• To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer.
• To liaise with all relevant statutory bodies such as NEA, etc. relating to license and permits and keep customer updated on the latest changes in regulation and acts.
