Job Description

• Find prospects and leads, and understand our service offerings;

Job Requirements

• Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a distinct advantage;
• Applicants without CEI may also apply; As CEI is an MOM requirement for this industry, applicant without CEI must be comfortable with taking the course + exam
• Minimally NITEC or higher;
• At least 2 years' working experience in customer service field;
• Team player and able to work independently;
• Good time management skills;

The Job

As part of the Property & Asset Services team, you will take on the challenges of working closely with Management Corporations, Managing Agents and Building Consultants to ensure that the Company’s obligations under the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act 2004 and Sale & Purchase Agreement are duly discharged.
