Job Descriptions:
- Assist Procurement Manager in managing overall operation of purchasing department and store
- Provide and assist various department in purchasing goods with highest quality at beneficial rate
- Review Purchase Requisition before converting to Purchase Order
- Coordinate with HoDs and vendors on goods delivery
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors for external maintenance services
- Monitor and ensure store maintain minimum level of inventory, accuracy in distribution of goods and proper recording system
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with minimum 5 years of working experience in Purchasing Department
- Ability to manage the entire of procurement process with good market
- Good sourcing, negotiation and communication skills
- High level of discipline and integrity
- Able to work with minimum supervision
