Essential Function 1: Overall management of functional activities
- Meeting yearly assigned sales group budget.
- Accounts Receivables targets - improvement against previous year and meet yearly budget.
- Profitability by sales group - Gross margin no less than previous year and against yearly budget.
- Effective customer handlings and successful project management.
Essential Function 2: Operations
- Regular follow up with the customers on projects and orders status.
- Weekly Planner/ Visit Reports/ Monthly Commentary Reports.
- Conduct daily customers visit to effectivelt introduce and promote Clariant Masterbatches products.
- Conduct joint plant trail on new products testings at customer location.
- Create and update SAP/ QNS within time, root cause findings and follow up reply to customers.
- Conduct joint evaluation and plant trials on customer's product quality complaint.
Essential Function 3: People Management
- Coordinating between customer's order requirements and inhouse supporting staff.
- Coordinating between customer's matching and lab's scheduling.
- Interpersonnal skills - in dealing with customers.
Essential Function 4: Organization Development
- Regular updates on the market developments and conditions eg. New potential investment, competition etc.
- Conveying customer needs and requirements to the inhouse supporting teams.
- Apply acquired skill in product and application knowledge to gain sales and new customers.
- Comply to regional and global business direction and set targets.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary Education - Diploma or Bachelor Degree with preferred to chemicals or polymer industries.
- Must have a valid car licence.
- Sales experiences in relared industry for at least 5years.
- Interpersonal Skills/ customer service skill; Team player; communication skills; Time management skills.
