REGIONAL SALES MANAGER(Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leads a good number of sales team lead and sales representatives across the region.
  • Determines the optimal efficiency of the sales process, annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volume for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
  • Identifies business target in order to meet business goals.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Co-manages and help to execute company marketing activities & promotions.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by organising basic training.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • preferably FMCG
  • Applicants must be willing to base in Johor Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.
  • Able to converse & write in English, B.M and Chinese (preferably in Mandarin)
