- Confirms product performance by conducting tests.

- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.

- Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.

-Cooperate and communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

- Identify technical problems and ensure solutions are implemented.

- Deal with suppliers regarding detail of requested product requirement and specification.

- Any ad hoc task arranged by the superior.
