We have helped buyers, suppliers and banks in exchanging business and financial documents, such as purchase orders, invoices/bills and payment advices, securely. PracBiz is emerging into a FinTech company, processing financial transactions for banks and its customers.
PracBiz currently has offices in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide 1st level phone and email support to customers.
- Guide customers in using the system and conduct preliminary troubleshooting on issues reported by customers.
- Co-ordinate with technical team in Singapore and China.
- Conduct software testing prior to delivering systems to customers.
- Assist in software QA (Quality Assurance) for special projects.
Job Requirements :
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Basic technical knowledge in Microsoft Office and Internet browsers.
- Fresh graduate/entry level applicants are welcomed to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Able to speak Cantonese will be an advantage.
- Able to write well in English.
- Willing to work in Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
- Good PR skills and working attitude.
Office is within walking distance to TTDI MRT Station (5 mins walk only).
