This is a integrated transport and logistics company, providing international freight forwarding and logistics services across Asia, Australia and Europe/America continents. Currently they have several job openings in the operations works at their warehouse facilities at the North Port and West Port in Port Klang area. They are looking for experienced warehouse workers to undertake the warehouse operations functions at their Container Terminal at North Port (NDSB) and West Port in Port Klang.

The vacancies are permanent positions and form part of the warehouse operations team to manage the cargo/shipments that have have been imported or to be exported.

About the job

This role/job will be warehouse based and therefore not in a conventional office environment. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is primarily to help facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse operations activities.

The general duties will involve the following role:

*Perform cargo loading and unloading.

*To perform physical counts, tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.

*To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.

*To perform cargo issuance.

*Picking, packing and dispatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.

Requirements

*Malaysians in age group 23-38.

*Punctual with positive work ethic.

*Physically fit with ability to lift and carry.

*Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business.

*Forklift license will be ideal, useful and beneficial.

*The ideal candidate for this role will be someone well organized with 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, picking and packing ,customer services or similar environment preferred, and have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers.

*2-3 years of previous warehouse operations, especially in 3PL facility has a huge advantage and will be highly regarded.

*Hands on and hardworking with knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices.

*Proficient with ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Work closely with third party vendors to execute PR campaigns and event activations
• Align with Regional Digital & Ecom Manager and media owners to develop effective media strategies, prioritizing Tiktok and Instagram, and optimize media spend
• Grow social channels followers and engagements, prioritizing Tiktok and Gen Z target audience
• Collaborate with content creators and NBBA to deliver localized content that is locally relevant and support social goals
• Own social media calendar & communication assets, work as the gatekeeper to ensure social approach and its content are compliant with legal requirements, respect brand DNA and achieve KPIs

• Define and develop local marketing strategies in-line with Regional priorities and business ambitions
• Manage 360 end-to-end go-to-market plans by channel, ready to roll-up her/his sleeves to ensure smooth GTM execution without agency and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive recruitment and retention of customers
• Pro-active in conducting consumer facing trade marketing activations at B&M sales floor, elevate in-store experiences and to create buzz and brand desirability
• Responsible for the management of samples, TOA forecast and usage, budget, and monitoring in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Analyze competitors and market trends to identify any areas of opportunity and risks
• Own Malaysia Marketing Calendar, partner with Commercial Team to support retailer sell-in, provide necessary marketing information to drive brand and category’s growth
• Analyze and review performance of marketing initiatives by providing reports on performance of campaigns
• Coordinate with Key Accounts and Commercial Team to prepare for retailer meetings, set up and other preparations
• Lead the deployment of in-store activation materials according to marketing initiatives
• Regular alignments with Ecom & Etail Team to ensure brand synergies and executions
