As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a keen eye for design and usability to take our products and services to the next level. You will be working closely with our team of Product Managers, Engineers and Clinicians to create features that will have a real impact in advancing digital mental health in Asia.

As an early-stage startup, this is an end-to-end role where you will be involved in all aspects of feature development: from ideation and validation to design and development. This role will provide you an opportunity to:

• Take charge of creating design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for design projects. Additionally, review materials prepared by junior engineers. 
• Prepare comprehensive design reports, calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules. 
• Execute on-site electrical service surveys with precision. 
• Collaborate with Professional Engineers in establishing connections, preparing, and following up on Authority Submissions.  
• Coordinate with local government departments to secure design project approvals. 
• Foster relationships and coordinate with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, System Contractors, Civil Contractors, QS professionals, and more to bring electrical building service designs to life, from inception to intricate detailing. 
• Assume the role of Project Manager, overseeing projects from their conceptual stages to their successful completion. 
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior engineers.

This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us oversee and lead the product category for Ceiling Fan and Air Purifier. This driven person will also need to generate data-driven commercial insights and product analysis to feedback to factory. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to Malaysia Marketing Lead and Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities of a Product Manager (Malaysia) but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy by taking into consideration of the global view such as opportunities and target customers, initial development of the positioning, value proposition, pricing framework as well as initial capacity plans)
