Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions

About the job:

We are seeking Java Software Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, working on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design solutions involving integration with multiple systems and services.
2. Develop high volume, high performance, low latency and reliable mission critical applications.
3. Write maintainable, robust, and testable code.
4. Perform code and test case review.
5. Implement processes, solutions or tools to improve software delivery and quality.
6. Able to adopt the latest software development trends and industry best practices.
7. Leading a team of members and providing internal and external mobile technology workshops, training, and sharing.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or relevant fields.
2. Software development experience in the finance, payment or banking industry is preferred.
3. Excellent social, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
4. Excellent knowledge of Java and one other programming language.
5. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
6. Strong foundation in frameworks such as Spring, jUnit, etc.
7. Able to work in a fast paced and result driven environment.
8. Experienced in team management is a plus.

Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with our CTO and founders to expand our award-winning embeddable fintech technology. 

• Collaborate with various teams to develop technology solutions that enhance mmob's offerings and services. 

• Adopt and promote best practices in documentation (using JSdoc / Typedoc annotations for clarity and accessibility across teams). 

• Design and deliver systems to meet evolving requirements, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for cloud-agnostic solutions. 

• Oversee database management (MongoDB, Redis), ensuring data security and effective partitioning. 

• Take responsibility for code across our stack, which includes: 

• AWS 

• Node.js, TypeScript 

• MongoDB, Redis 

• Kinesis, S3, Amazon Athena 

• Kubernetes and Docker 

• React, Next.js, Express 

• Contribute to and shape mmob's culture and growth, driving positive outcomes for consumers and improving financial well-being. 

• Full-stack development experience, including work on both APIs and front-end solutions. 

• Expertise in data capture and interoperability. 

• 8+ years of programming experience in test-driven development and continuous delivery environments. 

• Proficiency in developing and deploying cloud-based architecture across multiple regions. 

• Strong programming skills, particularly in Node.js/TypeScript and Python, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. 

• Ability to define medium-to-long-term strategies for business-impacting projects. 

• Autonomous in defining and delivering technical roadmaps for large projects involving cross-team collaboration. 

• Commitment to writing efficient, secure, and scalable code.

Job Responsibility: 

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies. 

• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. 

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. 

• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication. 

• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.). 

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. 

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. 

• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. 

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field.

• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods 

• Good understanding of various marketing KPIs, social media and web analytics.
