This is an established public listed company, a conglomerate engaged in a wide spectrum of business activities in Malaysia. Currently they are seeking a matured male professional candidate to assume the role of executive personal support to their Director within the organization. Key Job Responsibilities

This role will support a senior Director who hold a number of different portfolio within the organization. As Executive Assistant, you will be exposed to a diverse group of businesses and so you will need to be business savvy and highly adaptable. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high level administrative support to the Director. You will be kept busy with everything from booking dinner reservations, organizing high profile corporate events, diary management and extensive travel and even business presentations. The position is based at Mid Valley City and the role requires some traveling (with overnight stay when required).

This role entails assisting in overseeing the internal audit function in compliance with the internal audit charter, established frameworks, and International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) set forth by the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Development of Risk-Based Audit Plans: Assist in the preparation and execution of an annual internal audit plan based on comprehensive risk assessments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assist in Audit Engagements: Support and lead the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audit assignments, ensuring adherence to IPPF standards, internal policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and Recommendations: Assist in conducting root cause analyses of audit findings and provide input on actionable recommendations to improve processes and controls.
