• Lead the legal and secretarial functions for OCIM SDN BHD, providing strategic direction and oversight in all legal matters.

Job Requirements:

• Law degree (LLB) and a valid license to practice law.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in corporate law or with a focus on governance and compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of legal principles, corporate regulations, and best practices for corporate governance.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex legal documents.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Role Overview 

As a Narrative Designer Intern, you will work closely with the Narrative Design team to help bring our world, story, and characters to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience in writing, dialogue design, quest design, and the broader narrative development process. A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Perform and assist in legal research as may be assigned by any of the Legal Counsels.
• Perform and assist in document reviews, data extraction, data entry and migration.
• Assist in all steps required for the completion and signing of all legal agreements, contracts, legal forms, statutory declarations, affidavits, board resolutions and/or any legal or company secretarial documentation. 
• Assist the filing, scanning, organisation, copying, saving and/or archiving of all such signed legal or company secretarial documentation.
• Assist to maintain and update the legal contract masterlist and corporate tracking list for all Teleport entities.
• Assist to manage the Contract Management System or any other systems implemented or used by the department on behalf of the legal department, to ensure all legal documentation is easily accessible and retrievable at any time.
• Assist in ensuring that all agreement templates, deal checklists and general terms and conditions are updated with the latest version for all Teleport entities, as required by the respective legal counsel.
• Assist the Manager or General Counsel with extracting documents and data or preparation of documents or reports pursuant to audit exercises, reporting or quarterly compliance testing requirements.
• Assist with stamping of agreements either online in LHDN website or hardcopy, as required.
• Prepare basic internal/external correspondences, letters, memo or legal online newsletters.
• Communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the legal team,
• Other administrative, clerical and organisation support as may be assigned from time-to-time by the legal department including assisting with arranging meetings, securing meeting rooms, and procuring stationery or tools.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree holder or student, or any other relevant certifications or qualifications. Experience working in a legal department or law firm is an advantage.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in writing and speaking in English is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Analytical thinker, resourceful, proficient with research tools.

We are looking for Interns to join our IT Managed Services team in Cyberjaya to help deliver top-notch support to our customers. In this role, you'll gain real life and hands-on work experience in networking & security, server, systems, virtualization, cloud, and desktop computing.

You will embark on an exciting career in IT Managed Services by joining our 6-month internship program. We are looking for individuals with excellent personalities, self-initiative, and a keen interest in various technologies such as Routing & Switching, Desktop Computing, Virtualization, Server, or Azure Cloud.

This internship offers you the chance to be absorbed into the company upon the completion of your internship program, with exposure to four tracks - Azure Cloud Support, Network & Security Support, Digital Workplace/Systems Support or General IT Technical Support.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers
• Diagnosing and providing technical supports to our customers
• Resolving technical issues, and maintaining customer's satisfaction

• Must be able to commit to a 6 months internship program
