Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

Job Specification

• Responsible in developing, implementing and overseeing HSE programs, policies, and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Responsible to organise and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractor, and other stakeholders by promote HSE awareness through campaigns, workshops, and regular safety meetings to ensure all personnel are adequately trained in emergency respond procedures.
• Responsible in promoting a safety culture within the organization, organise the emergency response plans, coordinate in emergency drills exercises and to conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses for all operations and projects.
• Responsible to lead the investigations of incidents, accidents, near misses to determine the root cause/, to recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence and ensure timely reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
• To conduct regular HSE audits and inspections of facilities, vessels at worksites, ensuring corrective actions are implemented for any non-compliance issues identified.
