About The Role:
The Logistics Specialist ensures control and execution of the local Warehouse and Distribution activities. The Logistics Specialist is responsible / accountable to:

• Execution of effective local logistic services;
• Identifying opportunities in the end to end supply chain to reduce waste, minimize cost and work towards a more customer-driven supply chain.

Goals and Key Accountabilities:

The Logistics Specialist ensures the operational execution of local logistics services (transport and warehouses). He is responsible to guarantee on time deliveries at the best cost.

Responsibilities and Key Activities:

1. Deliver Stock Accuracy level combined with stock target and costs
2. Weekly transportation planning and Transport arrangement (Inbound and Outbound for Shipment from/to factories, warehouses, customers)
3. Stock Transfer and Delivery Orders creation (between JDE plants)
4. Support Customer Service with claim management (main contact for LSP/Transportation companies)
5. Post Goods Receipt, Post Goods Issue and Scrapping execution in  in SAP
6. Stock Management (movements, status change, ageing, damage handling etc)
7. Monitor stock in transit
8. Inventory Count execution (physically and systematically), route cause analysis of results
9. Shipping and Picking documents preparation (if applicable)
10. Pallet Management
11. Packaging Materials Stock Management and Replenishment
12. Weekly KPI Reporting (for example: On Time In Full; Stock Accuracy; Stock Levels; Financial Accruals; other applicable KPIs and Reports)
13. Further involvement into Local and Global initiatives to define and execute on improvements on service, stock and cost savings.

• Securing the correct flow of ordering, goods receiving and invoices

• Control point for all IKEA Food invoices before submission to Finance/accounting department and checking all mandatory requirements. Invoice coding on IKEA Food invoices according to book-keeping demands.

• Register approved credit notes in the system

• Timely and correct registration of activities

• Ensure correct financial handling of stock

• Secure that proper end of period reports are existing

• Cooperate with country Business Analyst to secure the correct setup of local articles, promotions and combos, prices etc.

What you’ll be doing as Financial Accountant

• Financial Reporting:
  • Day-to-day accounting operations, month/quarter/year-end including but not limited to all journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany transactions to ensure all business transactions for Keypath Education legal entities are recorded timely and accurately in accordance with IFRS or other applicable accounting standards.
  • Oversee tax declarations and ensure adherence to local tax regulations, leveraging your understanding of relevant tax laws.

Additional Information

• At least 1 year of working experience in a Full Stack Developer or Software Developer role, with a focus on mobile and web-based applications and systems.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, PHP and frameworks such as ReactJS and React Native.
• Proficiency in developing frontend applications using frameworks such as React Native, React JS.
• Knowledge on relational databases such as MYSQL, Mariadb is a plus.

About the role

With growing customer accounts and demands in Aerospace, we are assembling a team of Customer Service Executives to deliver visibility, proactivity, optimization and high level of customer satisfaction to our major Aerospace account. Based in our Subang Jaya 4PL hub, the team of Customer Service Executives will be rostered in 4 shifts to ensure 24/7 availability to meet our customers' needs.

• Process customer’s orders/inquiries timely and accurately.
• Ensure customer’s orders are dispatched in the best route (transport plan) to optimize freight cost.

• Liaison with multiple parties including customers, overseas agents, etc for freight handling and/or other matters

• Handle shipping documentation (import/export / BL / documentation).

• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedure.

• Communicate discrepancies/issues to team supervisor/manager when necessary.

• Consistently monitor emails and respond in a timely and professional manner to Customers and Appointed Service providers to provide full visibility to Customers.

• Responsible and familiarize with track & trace systems (LINK).

• Continuous update through communications on current statuses from Bollore network, international carriers, and subcontractors, troubleshooting any irregularities, and well well-prepared to construct information flows smoothly and timely to customers.

• Proactively request service failure reasons from the service providers' network and update Customers in the event of any service deviation from standard transport mapping.

• Ensure that contractual rates and agreed plans are always closely followed and aligned with Customers’ expectations.

• Work closely with OPM/RCM in preparing business review materials on a periodic basis (monthly & and quarterly).

• Lead periodic conference calls with the Customer's Control Tower or Key Contacts in reviewing the Dashboard Reports and time-critical shipments.
• Active participation in business reviews together with OPM/RCM to present our contractual performance and identify common service issues.
• With the support of peers, able to relate to the customer in transposing recurrence service issues.
• Carrying out any other ad-hoc work instruction requests made by the supervisor/manager.
