Responsibilities

• Own customer communications (chat and calls mainly) from initial contact until resolution, escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via live chats.
• Be the owner of the customer feedback loop to internal functions to help create better products and help improve customer experience.
• Deliver an amazing experience to every customer by going above and beyond their inquiries, feedback, and needs.
• Proactively provide constant feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to create impact for our customers.

• 4 Shift timings: 7am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 11 am - 8pm, 3pm - 12am (weekdays and weekend)

The Job:

• Collaborating with Software QA & Development Engineers to maintain and enhance test scripts.
• Defining and refining testing practices, tools, and processes to verify exciting new features and prevent pesky regressions.
• Monitoring and ensuring each product update meets its performance goals.
• Reporting issues and risks with clarity, helping the team stay on track.

The Person:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in any field related to Information Technology or Software.
• Exhibit strong communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
• Willingness to learn about testing methodologies and Agile practices to seamlessly ease into the work environment.

Your responsibilities as the E-commerce Executive will include but not limited to:

• Overall e-commerce guideline and flows understanding.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of the customer journey on our e-commerce website.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the website is running smoothly and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues related to website functionality promptly.
• Maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Regularly review and update website content, including images and descriptions.
• Assist in setting up and managing promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
• Monitor the performance of promotions and provide insights for improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and persuasive product descriptions, promotional content, and marketing copy.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across the website.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyse E-commerce performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in generating reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with customer journey optimization efforts.
• Coordinate with the creative team for the development of visually appealing content.
• Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.

• To come up with fully-thought out marketing/ advertising ideas that can be implemented from start to finish 
• To analyze and report on target audience insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to help build the best strategies possible
• Discussing and consolidating the data and findings you have to back up your marketing ideas with the managing director or business executive.
• Ensuring that the marketing plans and strategies appeal to the target audience members
• To design or create marketing materials such as videos, articles, banners, posters, emails and etc
• Developing creative briefs that detail how we meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications including print, social media, digital marketing, video assets and etc. 
• Researching and documenting the best ways to gather customer and market insights to determine what outreach strategies are needed to increase customer conversions if the Ad idea has been launched 
• Documenting how we track the impact and effectiveness of the current marketing plans put in place, analyzing them as well as finding ways to improve or optimize them accordingly
• Administrative work if needed: Collecting and checking the accuracy of data in Excel or Google Sheets
