This position is also responsible for managing employee onboarding, offboarding, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR systems, and overseeing work permit applications. ·         Manage the onboardings of all new employees including issuing offer letters, and contract of employment and the associate pre-employment checks (including references).

·         Manage vendors and internal processes for employee benefits (i.e. insurance renewal/addition, dependents registration, termination for resignees, staff movement updates, and claim submission for (GHS/GPA/GTL)

·         Manage employee records and updating HR Databased including: change of addresses; bank details; marital status and emergency contacts, new hires information, terminations, reporting lines.

·         Prepare letter for Transfer, Redesignation, change of reporting line, Confirmation, Resignation, Verification, Promotion, Salary increment/adjustments, Retirement, contract extension.

·         Engage in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

·         Degree or Diploma in Human Resources/Business Management/Business Administration

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive traffic to StashAway’s websites. Work with the content team to create data-driven, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports overall marketing goals.
• Develop and execute always-on digital marketing campaigns focused on prospecting and remarketing across StashAway's website and app via various paid channels (including display, search, social media, affiliate marketing).
• Continuously refine retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage with our existing customers and leads to achieve both upselling/cross selling and conversion.
• Conduct regular campaign performance analysis, providing data-driven insights to optimise acquisition efforts and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Collaborate with external partners, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms to customise ad messaging, target audiences, and run A/B testing for campaign optimization.
• Work closely with internal teams such as the brand & design, product marketing, and data teams to manage campaign deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient execution of marketing strategies.
• Work closely with StashAway’s regional teams to align local campaign execution with global strategies, while adapting to local market nuances.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product, and data to implement technical improvements, ensure accurate data tracking, and optimise remarketing efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 2 years) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on driving results through successful always-on strategies and end-to-end campaign ideation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Performance Marketing (search, social, display), content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Programmatic/ Digital Advertising Platform such as AdRoll/ Taboola.
• Proficiency in marketing technology such as analytical tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console), mobile measurement partners (Branch/ Appsflyer) and other relevant marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively present ideas and strategies.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, the Checkout Manager manage and supervise a team of cashiers with the Checkout Team Leaders to provide an easy-buying experience for all customers throughout the complete payment process and ensuring payments transactions are handled in an efficient, reliable and secure manner.
