Responsibilities

• Strategise and create multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and email/Whatsapp marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc.

• Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns.

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Launchpool Program: Take a hands-on role in managing the correct planning, execution and development of the MON Launchpool program, coordinating with external partners, and internal teams.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive for Key Account Management to drive growth within our motorcycle industry segment. This role is pivotal in managing our client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new motorcycle dealers through established partnerships and other sales channels.
• Dealer Support: Handle inquiries and complaints from dealers, providing effective solutions and recommendations to ensure satisfaction. Visiting motorcycle dealers regularly.
• Due Diligence: Conduct detailed Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments and due diligence for all onboarding applications.
• Contract Management: Arrange for the signing of facility agreements with dealers, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Performance Review: Review existing dealer facilities and performance, proposing adjustments to credit limits as needed.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a consumer goods or related industry.
• Strong interest and passion for sales.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet targets/KPIs within agreed timeframes.
• Own transport and willingness to travel outside Klang Valley for site visits.
• Ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects to cater to our diverse customer base.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Malaysia. This role will focus on managing basic accounting functions, with a primary responsibility for handling accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will support the Finance Manager and contribute to maintaining efficient financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process supplier invoices and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Verify and reconcile supplier statements with company records.
• Prepare payment runs for approval and process payments via bank transfer, checks, or other payment methods.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payment discrepancies or issues with vendors.
• Maintain accurate AP records and ensure proper filing for audit and reference purposes.

General Accounting:

• Assist in posting journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation of financial data.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial statement preparation.

Expense Management:

• Monitor and process employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Track and report on corporate credit card expenses and other operational costs.

Tax and Compliance:

• Assist in preparing documents for tax filings, including GST/SST submissions, ensuring compliance with Malaysian tax laws.
• Support the Finance team with audit-related tasks and provide required documentation during internal and external audits.

Vendor Management:

• Liaise with vendors regarding payment terms, invoice queries, and other finance-related matters.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and recommend improvements to streamline and enhance the efficiency of accounts payable processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable.
• Experience in handling basic accounting functions, including bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations (SST/GST) and experience with local financial compliance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Dealer Representative (Senior)

• Responsible for overseeing coaching and leading junior dealer representative on daily works.
• Provide accurate and timely trade execution for clients for different investment products, including local and foreign securities, derivatives, funds etc.
• Risk management and monitoring of market activities, clients’ account/margin/trades by adhering to the compliance policies & procedures, as well as the respective regulatory and law’s requirements and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on key developments in financial markets, competition and regulations, and assess the potential impact of these developments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution, settlement, and pos-trade activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and regulators in projects/developments related to business, products, platforms, systems and regulatory requirements.
• Assist customer service team to handle and solve enquiries, and to provide necessary customer support on platforms and products.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business and/or relevant disciplines.
• Securities Commission (SC) Malaysia’s “Capital Markets Services Representative's License” (CMSRL) registered person/holder. Other relevant industry certifications are a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in relevant dealing/trading field specifically in financial institutions, brokerage firms or related industries.
• Willing to work in shift rotation (day/night shift) including public holidays. 5 working days per week.
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of investment products including securities, derivatives, funds etc.
• Able to work independently and as a valuable team player.
• Good adaptability, able to work under pressure, strong analytical and presentation skills, good-looking interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous and detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Language proficiency in English, Malay is a must, while Chinese is preferrable.
