Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing vehicle maintenance, and conducting inspections to ensure vehicles are safe for the road. The Automotive Technician will also provide outstanding customer service, document repair activities, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred
• At least three years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as scan testers, multimeters, and chassis ears
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with brakes, engine diagnostics, and electrical systems
• Good knowledge of vehicle hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Good problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements:

• Posses Degree certification in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Preferable with 1-2 years above of construction line working experience
• Have experience in project sites
• Able to work with minimum supervision
